It is at 450 cycles so I wouldn't be shocked if the battery is actually going. I still get around 4-5 hours out of it so I don't mind. I haven't found anything related to this topic though so I am guessing the battery is actually just screwed up. I'm almost wondering if I screwed up calibration for it because I have Linux installed bare metal on this machine too (using rEFIt) and was using that on battery power for a couple days. Suffice to say I'm a little confused as to what condition the battery is actually in. However, now it is up to 4300 mAh and continues to go up every couple times I charge it. It went from over 5000 mAh to 3500 overnight. My 2010 13" MBP's battery just had the condition change from "Normal" to "Service Battery". What does it list for the condition of your battery? 1257 cycles, 56% remaining, a good 2-3 hours on regular use.
